Former detective Ton humorously tells exciting stories from the time of Appie Baantjer and Police Station Warmoesstraat. The walk starts at the Warmoesstraat and goes via the once infamous Zeedijk to the Binnenbantammerstraat. What really happened in and around the Zeedijk in the 80s? How was the atmosphere with closed houses and drug dealers? What happened in Chinatown? And in what places were murders committed and why?
Get to know all the ins and outs told by an experienced man during this fascinating murder walk! Ton was a detective for 30 years at the most famous police station in Amsterdam: Bureau Warmoesstraat. He is now retired, but he still often visits the Zeedijk. Ton likes to show you around in his neighborhood and tells his stories with a lot of humour. A smile and a tear.

You can book the walk at the date and time that suits you best. Optional: Ton will gladly take you for a drink in his favorite cafe afterwards (costs for drinks not included). If the group is larger than 15 people, we would be happy to help you organize this. For example, the group can be split and this way you can easily combine the murder walk with a beer or liqueur tasting or a canal cruise with discount.
